As a patient: The Center offers a patient the unique opportunity to have access to convenient medical care in a "one stop shopping" atmosphere. The Center also provides the patient with an abundance of educational resources including patient pamphlets, a Resource Library, and Center sponsored medical awareness functions offered to the community. The Center can be directly accessed by a single telephone number (877) 588-5100 that will immediately coordinate patients' requests.
As a physician or hospital affiliate: The Center offers a physician the opportunity to participate in quality medical care of women including prevention of disease and promotion of health. The physician has convenient access to subspecialty areas for a holistic and efficient administration of medical services. The physician also has available to him/her a multitude of resource material via Center sponsored continuing medical education lecture series and journal club gatherings as well as the Center's diversified internet site and Resource Library.
For the Community: The Center provides a link between the academic arena and the community allowing the bilateral flow of educational resources for a common goal of patient care at its highest. Incorporation of community physicians into the Center's mission will improve already existing services and allow the development of other alternative medical services such as telemedicine and mobile van services to insure healthcare for ALL women. |
